The hotel was situated in a convenient area, surrounded by various food and beverage options, including a popular coffee chain. the staff were generally friendly and helpful, exemplified by the attentive security personnel. Despite a small pool, there was a worthwhile eco-friendly initiative to reduce plastic waste by providing water gallons in lieu of disposable bottles.

There was an issue with the air conditioning units in the rooms.

My recent stay at a hotel in Cikarang was great. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The bed provided a good night's sleep. Had a pleasant Thanksgiving stay at a modern minimalist hotel with a cozy room ambience. the staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed the eco-friendly amenities they offered like using water gallon instead of plastic bottles. the pool is clean with outdoor seating and comfortable room interior. the dish is delicious with good quality.

The sound insulation needs improvement as it is really bad. You could easily hear the dripping sound at the corridor or noise from the next room, which could be disturbing at night.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The pool and the spa services were incredible and affordable. The room had a great view and was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The hotel was located near many restaurants and shops, and it was easy to get around the city.
